John White Joins AchieveNEXT as Director of Business Development

AchieveNEXT®, a leading provider of subscription-based, peer advisory communities and specialized human capital and business services, is accelerating the expansion and growth of their Human Capital practices by adding John White to its team as Director of Business Development.

John will be leading AchieveNEXT’s sales and growth initiatives for its executive coaching, specialized sales and leadership training, and development services. John will leverage the company’s 20+ years of experience to focus on expanding industry and market penetration efforts and on partnering as a client advocate to ensure that clients can maximize their results by accessing the full suite of services available through the family of AchieveNEXT Services and Alliance Communities.

“The timing is ideal for John’s arrival at AchieveNEXT. With the second quarter of 2019 in the books, the performance indicators from the U.S. middle market (from the National Center for the Middle Market) are somewhat mixed. While year-over-year revenue growth continues to be recorded at a record rate, compared to 2018, fewer companies indicate that revenue has increased from one year ago. Talent management and core business issues around maintaining growth remain the most cited challenges among middle market leaders, and the AchieveNEXT Communities and Services are dedicated to educating, engaging, and empowering their growth. We are very excited to welcome John White to our team at AchieveNEXT. Not only will John bring a strong focus on client relationship quality and experience to our team, but will also be an outstanding role model for our employees and clients who get to know him,” says AchieveNEXT CEO, Nick Araco, Jr.
