Multifaceted Strategist, Advisor, and Executive Coach, Debra Ventura, Joins AchieveNEXT in Serving Executives and Enterprises around the Globe

Wayne, PA, January, 2019- AchieveNEXT, a leading provider of subscription-based, peer advisory communities and specialized professional services, has enhanced its Executive Coaching & Specialized Leadership Development Services by adding Debra Ventura to its roster.

This addition launches the second phase of expansion for AchieveNEXT. The 2017 acquisition of Kelleher and 2018 acquisition of Relational Capital Group, two prominent and industry leading coaching, training and development firms, and addition of Debra and others to the team, underscores AchieveNEXT’s deep commitment to building the world’s most unique combination of professional and enterprise membership networks combined with a suite of specialized services focused on individual professional readiness and organizational resilience.

Drawing upon her background in finance, over fifteen years of leadership experience with a leading multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, and eight years of experience in Executive Coaching & Leadership Development, Debra is uniquely positioned to help individuals and enterprises align their growth strategies with the people they work with and the customers they serve.  “We are a leading provider of peer advisory networks, including The CFO Alliance, the leading network for CFOs in North America” says, CEO, Nick Araco, “and Executive Coaching & Leadership Development are a natural companion platform. Executive Coaching is a core service and is expected to continue strong growth in the years ahead.  We are thrilled to have Debra join the AchieveNEXT team in 2019.”

Professional coaching is a $2.4 billion business with accelerating growth in excess of 10% annually, according to the International Coach Federation.   The rapid adoption of coaching parallels the challenges individuals and enterprises are facing given the rapid pace of innovation and change in businesses and industries, increasingly complex issues on talent and the workforce, and the realization among enterprise leaders of previously overlooked benefits.

“Just a few years ago, executive coaching was employed my many enterprises as a remedial tool to correct underperformance,” says Mitch Wienick,  President of Kelleher, an AchieveNEXT Company. “Today, an increasing number of the coaching assignments in which we engage are focused on leadership development, succession planning and readiness, strategy, and team dynamics.

“As we continue to enhance our coaching capacity to best service our clients, we are being very selective in adding people and resources who have both line and coaching experience which we find generates more practical and measurable results to those we serve.”
